I just did a Lanfang play-through to 1930. There is functionality that already works in the leaked version, that will upgrade factories and RGOs for you. Laissez-faire is still possible in Victoria 3. Many people just used State Capitalism to set up level 1 factories, and then let the AI upgrade them over time. I've been seeing a lot of people complain about the Victoria 3 leak, specifically about the amount of "upgrade factory" / "upgrade RGO" clicking involved.Ī lot of people, myself included, really enjoyed just setting general policies and letting the economy try to run itself. ![]()
